I had the idea to record a concept album about the five stages of grief by Kübler-Ross, including an unnamed character awaiting death and dealing with his emotions. The focus is on his partner Elaine.

I do have to admit that i am not that much of a singer-songwriter, since i am not that confident with my intonation. But for "Elaine" i had the feeling it would be ok to do it myself.

Also I decided to replace my original idea for "Depression" for a short and free hommage to "My Body Is A Cage" by Arcade Fire.
